Our first season at St. Louis Home Inspection Services is a wrap! Thank you to our supporters. Remember to like and share our posts to help keep us going. We had a lot of fun going back through some old episodes, and if you can’t tell, I am definitely ready for spring.

For me the home inspection business really comes down to expertise and client service. We work hard to be the best in both aspects. Remember, in Missouri home inspectors don’t need to be licensed. That makes education and training all the more important.

I run my business with the general thought that I will treat my clients the way I would want to be treated. Steve Sonderen, Season 1, Episode 11

Client education is a major part of what we do. It’s our focus to take as much time as you want to review the inspection report. Ask as many questions as you want. The more you participate in the inspection process, the better the results will be. If I were to give anyone advice in hiring a home inspector, that would be it. Ask questions early and often.

I highly recommend St. Louis Home Inspection Services. Steve went above & beyond. He looked at the entire home from top to bottom & when he was done he actually took the time to go over the major & minor things that he found. We where able to get the sellers to fix some of these items, allowing us to spend our hard earned money on other things. Home Inspection Client Read More Reviews Here
